ÂŞIK VEYSEL ŞAHBAZOĞLU’NUN (VEYSEL DENİZ) CEZAEVİ GÜNLERİNİN ŞİİRLERİNE YANSIMASI

Özet

Kars and its neighbourhood, is one of the important centers of Turkish poetry tradition and Anatolia lover style. 'The minstrelsy tradition is over' in an era when called, lovers grown in Kars and surrounding area had provided the revival of this tradition. Asik Veysel SAHBAZOGLU who trained in Kars is one of the master lovers in the 20th century. Veysel SAHBAZOGLU, who was born in Möküs/Üçpınar village of Arpaçay town of Kars in 1924, wants to be a bard and his interest in this area increases as he grow up. In 1947, as SAHBAZOGLU who developed interest in minstreksy in 1947 when he was 23 years old was not only dring wine but also he grew up in master-apprentice relationship and he became one of the bards who was desired by people in weddings, word and chat councils. Veysel SAHBAZOGLU murdered in 1979 because of blood feud. After this murder, he ended up inprison, and the prison days also began in his art. In this study, the reflection of Asik Veysel SAHBAZOGLU’s prison days into the poetries he wrote in the prison is investigated. It can be obviously said that the prison life has an affect on his poems written in the prison and these poetries sustain the documentary quality in terms of understanding the physicology of prisoner.
