İNSAN VE KURT İLİŞKİSİNİN “BEYAZ DİŞ” VE “DİŞİ KURDUN RÜYALARI” ADLI ESERLERDE EKOELEŞTİREL BAĞLAMDA KARŞILAŞTIRMALI OLARAK İNCELENMESİ

Özet

Although there are several studies related to comparative literature in our country, it is observed that literary products of the Turkic world are generally not included in these studies. What draws attention in the very few studies covering these products is that only one author’s own works are compared with each other and the comparisons made are generally far from literary theories. However, the writers of the Turkic world also followed the world literature, during this process, they were influenced by many writers from different angles. In this study, Jack London and Chinghiz Aitmatov, who have an important position in the world literature, lived in different geographies and fed from different cultures, have one for each novel that “White Fang” and “The Place of the Skull”, whose protagonists are wolves, and these novels are compared in the context of ecocriticism. In both works, it is determined that the commonalities between the process of relations of human’s natural life and environment, which are based on the life of wolves.
