Özet

After the fall of the II. Köktürk State, the Uyghurs took the Turkish tribe and communities under their rule and established the Uyghur State in Ötüken. In 762, when Bögü Kagan accepted Manihaism as the state religion, fundamental changes occurred in Uyghur social and cultural life. In particular, the migrant settler way of life is replaced by a settled life, and Tengrism is replaced by Manihaism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity Translations into Old Uyghur Turkic under the influence of new and different religions have led to the emergence of a large religious literature. In addition to religious literature, there are texts written on non-religious topics during the old Uyghur Turkic period. Undoubtedly, the old Uyghur law documents, which contain important information about the Turkic number system, conseption of history, vocabulary, law and agricultural terms, lifestyle and belief, social, cultural and economic situation of the society,are important. In this article, which aims to determine the unmarked (/.Ø./) functional elements task elements in these documents, which are formal texts, firstly, information about law documents is given, and then, according to the principles of "convenience and intelligibility", task elements that are dropped by transferring their duties to the next meaningful or functional elements or used unmarked against the elements examined.
