Abstract


AT PRIMARY SCHOOL(1-4) OF THE SONGS IN THE MUSIC TEXTBOOK EXAMINED IN TERMS OF THE VALUES
In music lessons at the primary school is values an important part of the affective in the gains. In music education courses is one of the effective discipline to students gain made on behalf of human values, the songs are the most important tools. The aim of this study to examine the songs the music textbooks in primary school (1-4) in terms of value. In the study was used descriptive content analysis, the document analysis method. In primary schools 1.2.3. and 4th the songs were examined removing from student workbooks music class; framework of the concept of values and values education Ministry of Education creating with the shape in the form values education it has tried to determine with words that are similar and different. This study is important in terms of work conditions to determine the level of songs in music education courses as an effective tool to students give the name of human values and values and because of the lack of adequate work related training in the field of music education. It was determined 172 place where the emphasis of value in the verse lyrics in music textbooks in elementary school (1-4) in study result.It was determined that stress most "love" value, followed by "patriotism" value from the values under 27 title MEB values in educational instruction. Besides it was determined not given location to "fairness", "modesty", "empathy", "hospitality", "be polite" and "greetings" values at effectiveness of song music lessons, elementary school (1-4). Songs in music class more should be put to work in affective goal of salvaging size with regard to each student, create a common language learning environments through practical activities with the content. In elementary school lyrics of songs used in music lessons activity should be reconsidered in appreciation size. At the same time use must be provided song books events in process prepared value recovery target.
