Abstract
Bu araştırma, Destekleme ve Yetiştirme Kursları’na (DYK) yönelik okul paydaşlarının uygulamaya ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma Ege Bölgesi’nde yer alan bir Anadolu lisesinde DYK’den sorumlu 1 müdür yardımcısı, 4 öğretmen ve 22 öğrencinin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımına dayalı durum çalışmasında DYK’ye yönelik paydaş deneyimleri, görüş ve önerileri görüşme ve gözlemler aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak katılımcılar DYK’yi faydalı, düzenli devam edildiği sürece verimli ve etkili bulmuşlardır. Ayrıca kurs saatlerinin artırılması, konu anlatımı ve soru bankası kitaplarının temin edilmesi, deneme sınavlarının düzenli gerçekleştirilmesi önerilmiştir.

Özet
This research is a qualitative study aiming to determine the views of the stakeholders regarding the implementation of the Support and Training Courses (STC). The research was carried out with the participation of an assistant principal responsible for STC, four teachers and 22 students in an Anatolian high school in a province in the Aegean Region. In this case study, stakeholder experiences, opinions and suggestions for STC were collected through interviews and observations. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. As a result, stakeholders generally found the STC to be beneficial, efficient and effective as long as they were regularly conducted. In addition, it was specified that the course hours should be increased narrative and question bank books should be provided, the regular trial exams should be organized.
