Abstract
Hatîb el-Kazvînî'nin belâgate dair Telhîsü'l-Miftâh adlı eseri, yazıldığı günden itibaren belâgatle ilgilenen âlimlerin temel başvuru kaynaklarından birisi hâline gelmiştir. Arapça olarak kaleme alınan bu eser, kendisinden daha fazla kimsenin yararlanılması için başka dillere de tercüme edilmiştir. Söz konusu eserin tercüme edildiği dillerden birisi de Türkçedir. Telhîsü'l-Miftâh'ın Türkçeye tercüme süreci, Osmanlı döneminden başlayarak günümüze kadar devam etmiştir. Telhîs'in Türkçe tercümeleri hakkında şimdiye kadar çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Telhîs'in daha önce herhangi bir bilimsel çalışmaya konu edilmemiş bir tercümesi üzerinde durulacaktır. Söz konusu tercüme, Telhîs'in yalnızca beyân ilmiyle ilgili kısmında yer alan konuların Türkçeye tercümesinden oluşmaktadır. Bu tercümenin kim tarafından nerede ve ne zaman yapıldığına dair herhangi bir bilgi mevcut değildir. Mütercimi bilinmeyen bu eserin şimdilik tek nüshası tespit edilebilmiştir. Çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde kısaca belâgat ilminin tarihi süreç içerisindeki gelişimine değinilmiştir. Bu giriş kısmından sonra eserin nüsha tavsifi yapılmıştır. Daha sonra eserin mütercimi, muhtevası, üslûbu ve imlâ özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu değerlendirmelerden sonra ise eserin transkripsiyonlu metnine yer verilmiştir.

Özet
Khatib al-Qazvini's famous work about rhetoric, Telhîsü'l-Miftâh, has been one of the fundamental sources of scholars interested in rhetoric since it was written. This work, which was written in Arabic, has been translated into various languages for the benefit more people. One of these languages is Turkish; the translation process of Telhîsü'l-Miftâh into Turkish started during Ottoman era and continues up to the present. Various studies have been done on the Turkish translations of Telhîsü'l-Miftâh. This study focuses on a translated version of Telhis about which no scientific study has been done yet. This version only consists of the translations of the parts which deal with beyân in Telhîsü'l-Miftâh. There is no available information about where, when or by whom this translation was made. Only one copy of this translation is extant. In the introduction section of the study, the historical development of rhetoric is briefly mentioned. The next section describes the aforementioned copy of the work. This is followed by information and discussion regarding the translation, content, style and orthography of the work. The last section includes the transcript of the work.
