ABOUT THE EXPRESSION IDI O(O)QS(U)Z ON KÜLTEGİN AND BİLGE KAGAN INSCRIPTIONS

Also found in the Uighur translated texts, this expression’s meaning overlaps with the original Chinese ideograms’. In this article, a new function, meaning and transcription is proposed for the words idi, oq and oqsuz as well as the expression idi o(o)qsuz.
