Abstract
SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LANGUAGE LEARNING STRATEGIES AND ITS PLACE OF TEACHING TURKISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
This study was carried out to show how social and emotional language learning strategies will be used in the language learning process and the importance of these strategies in using of teaching Turkish language as a foreign language. In the process of learning a foreign language, topics such as communication, individual language preference and the use of all elements of the culture require using of social language learning strategies. The ability of the learners to recognize their own motivational and emotional difficulties and to remove obstacles arising from them in order to facilitate learning, and to test various ways are concerned with emotional language learning strategies. It is the most important result of this study that the effort must be made the learning strategies of each student should be determined / developed and internalized by the students in order to achieve success at the activities in class or out-of-class, and awareness about the subject should be made in teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
