Abstract
VALUE EDUCATION IN FAKIR BAYKURT’S TALES AND CONTRIBUTION OF HIS TALES TO TURKISH EDUCATION
This study was carried out in order to determine whether Fakir Baykurt contributed to the education of Turkish children and the value education of the children. The sample of the work constitutes 27 fairy tales in Fakir Baykurt's 3 fairy tales. The characteristics of the messages given by the tales are determined as education and the contribution to Turkish education is tried to be determined in terms of word diversity. As a result of the examinations, love, cooperation, goodness, unity and cooperation, neighborliness, justice, patience, trust, etc. values were determined.
In addition, proverbs, idioms, doubles, mold expressions in Fakir Baykurt's tales are examined. In the words of the words in the words, dilemma, mold words frequently; it is possible to say that the proverbs are fewer than the other groups. There are also turnovers and expressions of the locality, mouth features and slang words.
As a result, it is possible to say that the books studied by Fakir Baykurt can be used in value education and Turkish education process.
