Abstract
INVESTIGATION OF TEACHER SELF-EFFICACY LEVELS OF TEACHER CAINVESTIGATION OF TEACHER SELF-EFFICACY LEVELS OF TEACHER CANDIDATES AND READINESS LEVELS FOR BUSINESS LIFEDIDATES AND READINESS LEVELS FOR BUSINESS LIFE
The purpose of this study is to examine teacher self-efficacy levels of teacher candidates and readiness levels for business life. In the study, relational screening model was used. The population of the research consists of the fourth grade students who were enrolled in Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Faculty of Education in 2016-2017 academic year. The sample of the study was composed of 249 teacher candidates randomly selected. In the results of this study, it was found that the level of teacher self-efficacy beliefs in teacher candidates differs significantly from the level of gender willing to attend the department and the level of readiness to work life differs significantly from the level of gender willing to attend the department and the level of academic achievement. It was determined that there was a moderate positive relationship between teacher self-efficacy beliefs and business life readiness levels of teacher candidates.
