Abstract
AN EVALUATION ON THE NAMING OF WORDS USED IN LIVESTOCK IN NAKHÇIVAN DIALECTS
The article states that in the Nakhchivan dialects and accents the names of the bearded and dwarf animals are given interesting names for their appearance, age, character. An etymological study of Turkic lexical units such as inek, buzov, duye, azman, emlik, tokhlu, shishek, teke is also important for studying the common history of Turkic languages. The article also explores the aspects of the development of these language units in other Turkic languages, ancient vocabularies, folklore and variants which suggests that there is very rich information on livestock-related dialect lexicon. In Nakhichevan dialects and accent, many living things are used in literary language, which are ignored by the tongue and use of the possibility of exploitation.
