The tragic concept in tragedy hasn't been only an issue of interest to artists; It also attracted the attention of many philosophers because of its intellectual dimension. For instance, Max Scheler is one of the philosophers who studied the concept of tragic. At first, the study identifies the basic concepts of Max Scheler’s tragic theory and then argues the tragical possibility of Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s novel “Chronicle of a Death Foretold”.
