In the 2015 TLC, only one goal related to problem-solving skills was included. In the 2015 and 2019 TLC, no goals related to cooperation were included. The number of targets related to information, media, and technology literacy has decreased in the last two programs. However, due to the spread of technology and the digitalization of education, it was expected that the goals related to information, media, and technology literacy would increase. In general, it cannot be said that the objectives related to these skills are balanced and sufficiently included in the programs. It can be said that the Turkish course curriculum needs updating in terms of 21st-century skills.
