Abstract
THE STUDY OF BEDRİ RAHMİ EYÜBOĞLU’S POEMS IN TERMS OF VALUES EDUCATION
With this research, it is aimed to determine the value expressions in Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu's work called Dol Karabakır Dol, in which all his poems are collected. In the study, in which the descriptive scanning model was adopted, 33 different values were determined by the researcher based on the 10 root values specified in the curriculum published by the Ministry of National Education, 18 values in the 2018 Social Studies Curriculum, and especially the values in the themes specified in the 2019 Turkish Curriculum. A list of values was created. The listed values are then grouped into universal and national values. The 222 poems in Eyüboğlu's work Dol Karabakır Dol, in which all of his poems are collected, were examined in detail in the context of 33 different values listed. In the research, data were collected by document analysis method. Descriptive analysis, one of the qualitative analysis techniques, was used in the evaluation of the data obtained. When Eyüboğlu's poems are examined, it has been determined that they have a very rich content in terms of values. In Eyüboğlu’s poems, it has been concluded that “being sensitive to natüre and the love and longing for the countyr” are the most among the universal values; the values of “being sensitive to folk culture and religious belief” are the most among the national values.
