Abstract
EXAMINATION OF DEDE KORKUT STORIES IN THE INTERTEXTUALITY CONCEPT
One of the most important works that convey the cultural values of the Turkish world from the past to the present is the Stories of Dede Korkut. The purpose of this study is examine the Stories of Dede Korkut through intertextuality meaning-conception. In the study conducted with a case study of qualitative research patterns, six Dede Korkut Stories were paired in pairs and the contents of these stories were discussed through intertextuality meaning-conception. In the research, the data were obtained through document analysis and analyzed by content analysis method. According to the findings, examined Dede Korkut Stories contain many common thematic theories and it is possible to use these stories in education through intertextural semantics; In order for students to think intellectually, make sense of meaning and blend this meaning with our cultural backgrounds, Dede Korkut Stories has been seen as one of the most important works that can be used in educational activities and intertextural relations can be established. In this respect, the intertextural examination of Dede Korkut Stories will provide a better understanding of the meaning in the texts and a better reflection of the Turkish cultural elements reflected in the texts to future generations.
