In this research, it was aimed to meta-synthesize by examining the qualitative studies in depth on the evaluations of the students about the supporting and training courses. By scanning the databases, 51 studies on the subject were reached. The studies were evaluated within the framework of inclusion and exclusion criteria and 16 studies constituted the data source of this research. As a result of in-depth examination and interpretation of the findings, education and instruction processes, material use, measurement and assessment activities, teacher, school management and the other themes were obtained. In the majority of the studies examined, it was determined that the code of repetition-reinforcement of the topics was created in the positive sub-theme, and the code of lack of source book was created in the negative sub-theme. Based on the research results, recommendations for practitioners and researchers were given to make supporting and training courses more effective and to increase their quality.
