Throughout history, people have acted with the desire to share their experiences and knowledge and to guide future generations to what is right and beautiful. Nasihatnames arising from this desire are within the common interest of literature and education disciplines. These works are carefully created in order to provide social benefit and presented to readers with concrete examples and supporting events. In this way, readers are provided with theoretical knowledge while at the same time contributing to the acquisition of practical application skills. In this study, after explaining the history and place of nasihatnam in Turkish Literature, information about the life, literary personality and works of the author is given. In the study, at the same time, the transcription of Saim Unar's work titled "Mother-Father Nasihatleri" with was made and its analysis in terms of moral education was revealed. In the study, document and content analysis method was used and it aimed to understand the understanding of morality and problems in the period when the work was written. In addition, the emphasis on important nasihatnamas that can be considered as a source for moral education today increases the academic and social importance of the study.
