Abstract
THE STUDY NAMED BEYNAMAZ DESTANI OF POET ISMAIL HAKKI ORAL FROM KAYSERI
The process of reading, bringing to the light and clarifying of the old works has a great importance for our history, our culture and as well as our literature world. In this study, information was stated about poet İsmail Hakki Oral who worked as an imam in Kuşcu village of Yeşilhisar town in Kayseri city in 1942 and his study named Beynamaz Destani was demonstrated. İsmail Hakki Oral was born in Kayseri and he spent most of his life in Kayseri and its peripheral. We don’t have enough information about his life. This study was on İsmail Hakki Oral and his study named Beynamaz Destani and it was designed as two parts. In the first part, information about İsmail hakki Oral’s life was stated, his poet size was emphasized and Beynamaz Destani was evaluated in terms of its form and contents. In the second part, there was a transcript version of his study. Beynamaz Destani recorded as belonging to İsmail Hakki Oral was demonstrated in Vahid Pasha City Public Library in Kutahya, it has been translated into current alphabet from Arabic form and its transcript full text was stated. Samples from the yazma copy and a photograph of İsmail Hakki Oral were added at the end of the text.
