Fairy tales have been passed down through generations as part of both oral and written culture, finding their place in different forms across different geographies throughout history. Fairy tales have shaped individuals' lives and provided them with life experiences. This has sometimes been achieved through positive and sometimes negative messages. These elements formed the basis of this study. Document analysis, a qualitative research method, was conducted. This study aimed to identify the reward and punishment elements present in the fairy tales. These elements were identified through content analysis and presented in tables. The findings revealed punishments such as beating, shapeshifting, mistreatment, jealousy, and spell casting. Reward elements such as forgiveness, transformation, pardon, and love were also identified. Following these findings, the study's conclusion was written and compared with the findings obtained from the literature. At the end of the study, recommendations were made.
