In Traditional Turkish Arts, the passionflower motif is a part of people’s beliefs, impressions, tastes, lifestyles and cultures. The passionflower motif which carries meanings such as cycle, infinity, movement, and destiny, has been used in many areas of traditional Turkish arts. The aim of the report is to determine which traditional art field the wheel motifs are applied to, to determine and examine these examples, to determine the types of wheel motifs and their meanings, and to convert this information into a written source. Examples of works on which the passionflower motif was applied were examined the application methods and combinations of the motifs were determined and the motifs were drawn with the “Inkscape drawing program”. The information obtained was evaluated in the conclusion and suggestions were made for the preservation and promotion of the passionflower motifs used in traditional Turkish arts.
