The study aims to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool to determine the motivation levels of teachers for various dimensions related to the teaching profession. The participants consist of 617 teachers working in Erzurum. In the scale development study, a literature review was conducted and a pool of 65 items was created. In the validity studies of the scale, expert opinion was obtained for content validity, and explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. When the results are evaluated, a reliable and valid scale consisting of 28 items and three-factor named as "School Management", "Job Satisfaction and Personal Development" and "Education Process and Student” obtained. The three factors in the scale explain 63% of the total variance. Total internal consistency coefficient was found as .95. These values indicate that the validity and reliability characteristics of the scale are acceptable.
