Abstract
Bu çalışma, ilkokul öğrencilerinin duygusal okuryazarlık becerilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmeyi amaç edinmiştir. Oluşturulan madde havuzu 11 alan uzmanına sunularak; Lawshe tekniği ile her madde için Kapsam Geçerlik Oranı (KGO) belirlenmiştir. Pilot uygulama için 248 ve ana uygulama için 650 olmak üzere toplam 898 ilkokul öğrencisinden veri toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler ile ölçeğin geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri tamamlanmıştır. Bartlett Küresellik Testinden elde edilen ki-kare test istatistiği anlamlı düzeydedir (KMO=.849, x^2=1300.801; p<0,01). Ölçek, “Bireysel Duygusal Süreçler” ve “Toplumsal Duygusal Süreçler” isimleri verilen iki alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha değerinin .829 olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçekten alınan yüksek puan duygusal okuryazarlığın yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Oluşturulan ölçeğin madde faktör yükleri ve ölçeğin güvenirlikleri istenilen düzeyde elde edilmiştir.

Özet
This study aimed to develop a measurement tool to evaluate the emotional literacy skills of primary school students. The created item pool was presented to 11 field experts; Content Validity Rate (CVR) was determined for each item with the Lawshe technique. Data were collected from a total of 898 primary school students, 248 for the pilot application and 650 for the main application. The validity and reliability analyze of the scale were completed with the collected data. It is seen that the sample size adapts to factorization at a “very good” level. In addition, the chi-square test statistic obtained from the Bartlett Test of Sphericity is significant (KMO=.849, x^2=1300.801; p<0.01). The scale consists of two sub-dimensions called “Individual Emotional Processes” and “Social Emotional Processes”. The Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was found to be .829. High scores obtained from the scale indicate high emotional literacy skills. The item factor loads, and the reliability of the scale were obtained at the desired level.
